As someone who works long hours in a corporate environment, I know it can be difficult to find time for training; This is why I focus on executing efficient and effective routines that can be done in 30-45 minutes – Almost always performed during my lunch break!

As a youngster, I was heavily involved in state, national and international track and field athletics and Aussie football. Throughout my youth and early teenage years I naturally had a very slim build, which doesn’t always work well on the footy field or on the track! I started weight training as a means to be more competitive and improve my strength and power. Fast forward to almost a decade later, I’ve had countless soft tissue injuries, bone breaks and 4 knee reconstructions, although my weight training has been constant throughout! I’m more motivated now than ever to train hard and help others improve.

I believe in staying true to my brand, my followers and myself. Creating effective routines and focusing on improvement is my main priority, and I invite you to take a dive into my world.
